New features for SwissID Sign: Download documents easily and securely

SwissID Sign is now even more versatile and practical. You can look forward to the following new features.
 

• Download documents directly and securely: After the document has been signed by all invited and authorised signatories, you will receive an email as before. The email now contains a download link that you can use to download the document – with access protection and by default – with validity over a 30-day period. Please note that the documents will then be deleted from the platform automatically after this period expires.
   
• Clear and well-presented user profile: You can now view additional information about your SwissID you’re using under “My Account” and always keep tabs on the signing rooms to which you have been invited. This gives you full transparency over your signature activities.
   
• Simple electronic signature (SES): Business customers (with payment on account) In addition to the qualified signature, the simple electronic signature can also be used for documents without any formal legal requirements (e.g. signing internal documents, invoices or supplier orders). In order to use the SES, no prior identification or integration is required. It can be used immediately. Request a quote
