How to start signing with our web service

An overview of the first steps

1. Homepage of our web service

Click on ‘Login with SwissID

  • Are you already using SwissID? Our login service is widely used in Switzerland, for example for Swiss Post services.

2. Log in or register

If you already have a SwissID account, enter the email address you registered with here

  • Log in with your existing credentials.

  • If you do not yet have a SwissID account, click on ‘Create account’ and follow the instructions.

  • Recommended: Verify your identity using your ID or your passport. By doing so, you will fulfil the requirement for signing with a qualified electronic signature (QES), which corresponds to a handwritten signature. You can also carry out the identification process later at any time – 24/7.

3. Welcome to your signing room

After successfully registering with SwissID, you enter your signing room

Simply drag the document to be signed into your signing room using drag & drop. Under ‘Signatories’ you will see a list of all the people who have signed documents to date. This may be you yourself or other people you have invited to sign documents.  Do you require – for the purpose of confidentiality, for example – multiple signing rooms for your organisation? We offer a range of models for this.

4. Buy additional signature packages here

New digital signatures can be purchased under ‘Billing’

In this window you can see how many signatures are left in your current package. You can use the menu on the right to buy new signatures by the package, without a subscription, and pay by credit card.

If you need a higher volume of signatures, however, it’s worth choosing a different price model!
