About Fasoon
Fasoon is one of the largest start-up portals in Switzerland. Founded in 2017, the company provides free advice to those looking to set up shop and guides them through all the administrative steps, spanning the set-up phase, mutations and liquidation.
Initial situation
Fasoon seeks to make it as safe, fast, simple and cost-effective as possible to set up a new company. That’s why they’re always on the lookout for new partner companies so that they can continually expand and improve what they offer their customers.
Fasoon’s needs
Even though a digital start-up process was already in place, documents still had to be printed out, signed and sent by post. This media discontinuity delayed and complicated the process. That’s why Fasoon was keen to offer a completely digital start-up process. This was only possible with a partner who is a recognised issuer of qualified electronic signatures in accordance with ESigA.
The SwissSign solution

Fasoon opted for the signature service from SwissSign, which can be used directly and requires no integration.

Since a qualified electronic signature (QES) is required for the start-up process, founders need to have a verified identity. They can carry out the online identification free of charge and around the clock.

Founders then simply upload the documents to their signing room, sign them electronically and send them – digitally, of course.
The start-up process is significantly reduced because it unfolds completely digitally. For example, founders don’t have to go to a notary for signature certification or – depending on the bank – can also submit their capital contribution entries fully digitally.
