Initial situation
In the past, employees and customers had to provide handwritten signatures when signing e.g. audit reports.
Mazars’s requirements
Mazars required a signature solution that could be integrated into the company swiftly, straightforwardly and with minimal support required on the part of the IT department. Furthermore, the solution had to fulfil the compliance requirements stipulated by current legislation and industry standards. And the billing model needed to be as simple as possible.
The SwissSign solution
-
Mazars uses the siganture service, which can be enabled immediately and without any integration effort.
-
Employees and customers of Mazars can simply access the signing room in their web browser. Documents are loaded into the signing room, signed and sent to the relevant recipients. Signatures can be provided via desktop or the app.
-
Audit reports and other documents can be signed with legal validity using the qualified electronic signature (QES) in accordance with compliance requirements.
-
Billing takes place conveniently on account.
