About Schwartz iT
Our long-standing Platinum Partner Schwartz Informationstechnologien GmbH & Co KG (Schwartz iT) based in Esslingen, Germany is a systems house supporting customers in the area of IT security. The long-established company was founded in 1936.
Initial situation
From around the year 2010, Schwartz iT noticed a growing need among its customers, not only for email encryption, but also for email signatures. With this in mind, the IT company sought out a partnership with a recognised certificate authority (CA) like SwissSign. Among other things, Schwartz iT has also been a SEPPmail Platinum Partner since 2001. As SwissSign was the first connection partner at SEPPmail, forming a partnership seemed a logical step. Schwartz iT has been selling SwissSign products since 2010.

Schwartz iT banks on the state-of-the-art managed PKI solution from SwissSign for automatic certificate management.

The MPKI is easy to set up and can be integrated seamlessly into the SEPPmail solution, for example.

The availability of SSL certificates rounds off the product portfolio.
This allows Schwartz iT customers to safeguard both their websites and their mail systems using SwissSign certificates. This means that they can focus fully on their core business and not have to worry about the expensive task of developing and operating an in-house PKI.
