Technical incident – DDos attacks – Update September 8th, 2020

The DDoS attacks by unknown persons against the SwissSign Group infrastructure, which have been ongoing since Monday, 31 August 2020, continue. We are still in close contact with our Internet service providers, our security partners and the National Centre for Cyber Security (NCSC). The numerous measures we have taken are proving effective and our systems are currently up and running again. Unfortunately, some of our products and service were negatively impacted. This also affected orders in our webshop. Since Monday 7 September 2020, however, webshop orders are also working again without problems.

We apologise for the negative effects in connection with the ongoing DDoS attacks and thank you for your understanding.
