E-mail ID Gold Certificates are no longer sold in the webshop.

E-mail ID Gold Certificates are only available within a Managed PKI.

The background to this is the regulatory conditions and the audit results this year due to the new regulations according to ETSI. This requires face2face verification of personal certificates (and this includes all e-mail certificates with a personal name in it), which we can only ensure by means of registration authority delegation contracts within the framework of a Managed PKI. This means that these certificates will continue to be offered in the Managed PKI area. The E-Mail ID Silver certificates are also still available in the shop as well as in the Managed PKI.
